Project DEFY (Design Education For Yourself) is a Bengaluru-based non-profit that empowers communities to create self-designed learning spaces called Nooks. These innovative hubs encourage individuals to take ownership of their learning, explore new skills, and develop solutions based on their interests. Instead of rigid top-down curriculum, learners engage with DEFY to define their own learning paths, fostering creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving. Learners are encouraged to spend 3 to 6 months at a Nook, immersing themselves in hands-on learning and community-driven innovation.
